Statement of Policy
Warranty:
Atrium guarantees products of its manufacture or fabrication to be
free from malfunction or excessive degradation for a period up to 2 years.
Warranty is void in cases of user negligence or abuse. Exterior products left down or unsecured in high winds qualify as user negligence. Electrical parts and motors are warranted by the manufacturer and are not further covered under the Atrium warranty.
Returns:
Where the fault lies with Atrium, product will be replaced or modified and shipped back, no charge. Atrium will not be held responsible for costs arising from re-installation or transport of goods. Customer mismeasures or modifications will be reworked at our standard shop rate of $45/hour.
Shipping:
Shipped orders will be subject to UPS charges and packing fees as follow:
$7.00 per carton up to 84" (combined length and girth)
$9.00 over 84" (combined length and girth)
$10.00 over 130" (combined length and girth) All packages over 130" (length and girth) must be shipped common carrier.
Contract sales:
Orders with a retail value of more than $2000 qualify for contract quotations. Please contact the office.
Technical consultation and/or measuring:
Consulting and measuring will be billed at $55/hr, commencing upon departure from the Atrium premises.
Retail display pricing:
Atrium product purchased for use as display and promotion will be billed at less 50%, less 50% and is limited to single quantities of
each product type.
Wholesale Discounts:
Professionally licensed interior designers and general contractors are offered a discount of 25% off listed prices.
